Like yourself, I have to feel the “click” or absolutely nothing gets created or accomplished. I’ll put it in these terms …

IT’S LIKE MY OVEN HAS TO PRE-HEAT.

I’ve tried hundreds of times to force myself to produce something when I haven’t yet felt the “click” – a to-do list, a blog post or article, a calendar of upcoming events. Forget it. Ain’t gonna happen without the “click”.

Definitely, I can gather all the information I need, but I need some kind of light to go off to let me know I’m ready – kind of like a timer on a microwave – letting me know the idea is “cooked” and ready LOL

Hi Kazi,

I like that analogy, I often have great ideas when I’m sleeping (don’t get me started on my dreams LOL) and it’s very rare that I remember them when I wake up. But I know I would never wake up and write them down, so maybe a recorder is what I need.
