You&#039;ve got to find some ways to let your personality shine through your products and programs - use descriptive word pictures and images that &quot;stick&quot; in people&#039;s minds.  Telling stories is always something that will resonate with others.

You&#039;re right.  When you&#039;re physically present, you can see how people are reacting and adjust accordingly if they&#039;re falling asleep.  But online, it&#039;s totally unpredictable so you have to work even harder to capture and hold the attention of your target audience.
